Responsibilities:

Highly analytical role responsible for managing financial workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Supports billing, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accuracy:

Perform reconciliations, validate data, resolve discrepancies.

Billing & Invoicing:

Manage invoices, payment operations, and transaction processing.

Data Analysis:

Query, manipulate, and analyze financial/operational data across multiple sources.

Reporting:

Own KPI tracking, trend analysis, and identify reporting gaps.

Escalation Management:

Handle urgent requests, exceptions, and root cause investigations.

Process Improvement:

Drive efficiency gains and scalability improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with finance, accounting, operations, sales, and customer teams.

MUST HAVE

2 to 4 years of Financial Operations experience Reconciliations, validating financial data, resolving discrepancies Excel - , including complex formulas, large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and workflow automation ERP Reporting and KPI tracking Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting or Business Shift Timing:
