Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$80,000/year upon permanent hire Bonus opportunity upon conversion Opportunity for long-term growth within a stable organization Support from a relationship-focused recruiting partner Job Summary of Financial Analyst Our client, located in the Camden, New Jersey area, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within their growing organization. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate and timely insights to support business decision-making. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Responsibilities of Financial Analyst Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions Analyze revenue, expense, and operational performance trends Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements Develop dashboards and reports to improve financial visibility Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure data accuracy Identify and communicate key financial insights to leadership Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects Support process improvement initiatives within finance and accounting functions Skills of Financial Analyst Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
