Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a client in their Englewood Cliffs, NJ location. This is a 6 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for LG Electronics is management and collaborating with cross functional teams, HS/MS BU (Home Solutions / Media Solutions Business Units) to manage rolling monthly budget forecast.
Support and develop annual marketing budget plan with shopper marketing and US Product managers (Client).
Lead and manage monthly marketing budget plan and analyze budget performance as primary liaison with all US business units (HS/MS). Responsible for budgeting and forecast.
Management of Accounts Receivable and Payment of Marketing investment
Ensure marketing budget is recognized in APMS, supervise accuracy
Analyze monthly financial accruals and reconciliations, and assess marketing investment in order to support BUs requests
Develop and analyze marketing financial investment analysis, and provide senior leadership to foster better decision marketing
Marketing budget management and operation
Manage and review all marketing activities assigned to each marketing team member to aplish KPI over 90% moving plan accuracy
Hands-on APMS (Advertising & Promotion Management System) operation of Marketing budget management system to deal with BU's requests in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with to shopper and BU Leadership teams, and deliver various budget analysis reports
Responsible for the financial integrity of reported results of operations, and enforcement of corporate accounting policies.
Establish and organize workflow of Marketing budgeting management that leads to efficiency and proper handling of supporting sales and operation documentation. and support BU leaders to align investment strategies with marketing objectives
Support and develop improvement plan of marketing processes in order to improve efficiency
Core Process
Lead and develop process of marketing budget management and supervise and encourage teams toply with the processes (Budgeting and Management Process, Invoicing Process, Sample Order Process, Annual budget Accrual process, In Store Management Process, and so on)
Analyze and reinforce existing process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, delivering insightful marketing budget operations
Work closely with Marketing Planning and US General Procurement teams to develop and to manage LGEUS procurement process of marketing vendors to increase productivity and to achieve cost efficiency
Led annual vendor evaluation of Marketing vendors and implemented vendor consolidation for the LGUS
Monitor and manage budgeting process, and provide process guidance of marketing budgetpliance, and develop improvement plan of marketing management and process.
Develop and update Invoice Portal system to improve invoice processing, which is to minimize duplicated payment
Requirements:
Looking for someone who has 3-5 years of experience

Pay rate range: $35 - $40 hourly
