Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. This role serves as a key Finance partner to management by providing actionable financial insights that support operational efficiency, strategic growth, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports; conduct variance and performance analysis. Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key KPIs. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Analyze profitability and key performance metrics by business unit or segment. Support management on pricing and strategic initiatives. Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Extract and analyze data from financial systems; improve reporting processes. Assist with special projects involving growth opportunities, process improvements, and performance optimization. Present insights and support projects driving growth and efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analytics, or related functions. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a law firm, healthcare organization, consulting firm, or professional services environment. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial reporting software. Familiarity with profitability analysis and KPI development. CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional certification is a plus Work Environment On-site role in a professional law firm setting; fast-paced and deadline-driven.
Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range:
