Bilingual Japanese Treasury Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Execute money market and foreign exchange transactions for custodial clients Monitor and maintain cash and securities investment portfolios Prepare monthly Treasury meetings and quarterly Treasury Committee materials Analyze treasury operations, investment performance, and strategic opportunities Support FX system enhancements, including UAT testing and process improvements Prepare periodic reports and manage daily communication with internal/external counterparts, including Japan-based stakeholders Keep management informed of market developments and treasury trends Assist with legal, tax, and accounting reviews related to treasury and securities lending products Maintain customer account profiles and onboarding documentation Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of client KYC/customer information Update policies, procedures, and operational manuals Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal) Strong Excel, database, and Microsoft Office skills Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Strong written communication skills Basic knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting principles related to treasury operations Benefits Great Benefits package
