$160,000 to $200,000 base, plus bonus We are hiring an Analyst to join our client's US litigation finance strategy. The role supports the strategy across sourcing, diligence, and execution, working closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers. It's a well-rounded seat encompassing originator, underwriter, and analyst functions. Responsibilities Originate and source deal flow across law firms, brokers, insurers, litigants, and co-investors Run diligence on opportunities, assessing legal merits, jurisdiction, counterparties, damages, and appellate and judicial risk alongside the financial picture Build the financial analysis, including valuations, returns profiles, and probability-weighted outcomes Develop and present investment theses to senior analysts and portfolio managers, including structuring considerations Monitor existing positions and track market, regulatory, and event-driven developments Attend industry conferences to build relationships and surface new deal flow Requirements 4+ years of relevant experience Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with comfort reading financial statements and assessing complex structures The ability to get up to speed quickly across unfamiliar areas of law A JD or MBA is desired
