As a Product Manager in the Wealth Management Portfolio Strategy & Multi-Asset Solutions team, you will support the US House View Discretionary Models business through a blend of analytical, client-facing, and reporting work. You will have the opportunity to engage with capital markets, asset allocation, and content creation in a portfolio management environment. Your clearmunication skills and attention to detail will be critical in this role.
  • Product Manager and key stakeholder
  • serve as primary point of contact for questions and inquiries related to the Multi asset retail business. This role may include fielding inquiries from internal and external partners and resolving them appropriately. Support relationships with the various US retail advisor sales channels.
  • Presentation materials
  • point person for maintenance and development of client presentations (pitch books, factsheets, investment reviews, etc.
) and marketing materials. This role will have a focus on the maintenance of House View Portfolio Fact Sheets, the performance track record, and Point site for all supporting materials. You will be expected to create and update content (presentation slides,mentary, etc.) that incorporates timely market events and help better position the Models with internal and external stakeholders. You will be partnering with portfolio managers and other product managers to develop and revise materials as appropriate.
  • Represent the team in internal strategic initiatives, new product launches and projects. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, manage key milestones, and deliver executive-level updates.
  • Model portfolio subject matter expert
  • draft portfoliomentary and other Models'munications, analyze model portfolios (returns, risk, performance attribution, etc.), business-related analysis and other ad hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Advisory, and Product Specialists to ensure the House View platform meets client and advisor needs.
  • Competitive Analysis
  • gather and analyze thepetitive advantages of our industry peers and theirpetitive products.
  • Automation
  • identify inefficiencies and manual processes that could benefit from automation using AI tools and leveraging internal partners to help drive strategic initiatives and grow the business.
  • Manage technology-related workstreams, including vendor coordination, testing, and implementation of House View specific enhancements.

Your team You'll be working in the House View portfolio management team within the Wealth Management Portfolio Strategy & Multi-Asset Solutions business, based in Weehawken. The team is responsible for designing and delivering UBS's fully discretionary House View portfolios to institutional and US retail clients. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Wealth Management to drive business and product initiatives for the UBS CIOanization. Your expertise
  • Ensure systematic and disciplined execution of monthly and quarterly deliverables.
  • Communicate investment processes and performance to key stakeholders through various channels.
  • Position includes role as Secretary of the team's Investment Committee; specific responsibilities include:
  • Work with Research and Portfolio Management teams to prepare IC materials
  • Maintain appropriate minutes and log of decisions
