Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director/Senior Director, Treasury to support the management of global treasury operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, intercompany funding, interest calculations, and financial risk activities. The position will partner closely with the SVP, Investor Relations & Treasurer on domestic and international banking relationships, including management of treasury services and allocation of banking activities across financial partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical treasury expertise, experience operating in a global environment, and a hands-on approach to managing liquidity, controls, and financial processes that support the company's ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity management, bank account activity, and cash reconciliations Manage intercompany funding activities, cross-border cash movements, and repatriation processes Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and business units to improve visibility and accuracy Manage regional treasury teams and coordinate liquidity planning, forecasting, and funding activities across global entities Supervise and develop Treasury Analyst(s) Support domestic and international banking relationships, including treasury services, account structures, and credit-related agreements Assist in administration of debt facilities, debt reporting requirements, and interest-related calculations Support management of supply chain financing program Coordinate issuance of letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments Support foreign exchange and interest rate hedging activities, as needed Prepare reporting and analysis related to liquidity, cash flow, debt, and financial risks for senior leadership Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhanced treasury controls Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8-10+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance Strong experience in US and international treasury operations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions Deep knowledge of cash management, forecasting, banking structures, and financial instruments Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CFA, or CTP designation Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods industry What We Offer:
