The Financial Coordinator will:
Support the Income Support Division (ISD) on all financial transactions. How does it get done?
The Financial Coordinator responsible for:
Facilitating accurate and timely processing of all Account Payables for the Financial Services Bureau by utilizing the Statewide Human Resource and Accounting Management Reporting System (SHARE); Working in coordination with Bureau staff and Financial staff to ensure timely processing from start to finish for financial transactions; Auditing and tracking all purchase requisitions and invoices; Fleet Oversight; Back-up to other Financial Specialists. Who are the customers? Income Support Division (ISD) external vendors and stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Income Support Division (ISD) external vendors and stakeholders. Minimum Qualification High School diploma or Equivalency and six (6) months experience in bookkeeping, office administration, auditing, accounting, and/or finance. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) months may substitute for the required experience. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate. Working Conditions Work is performed primarily in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer to include working with computers, faxes, copiers and printers, and phone usage with extended periods of sitting, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, kneeling and crawling.
