Role Summary This role owns the full lifecycle of patient and insurance dollars—from verification and case acceptance through collections, reconciliation, and AR management. This is not a passive admin role. It requires financial fluency, assertive communication, systems discipline, and daily execution rigor to maintain predictable cash flow and an exceptional patient financial experience. •This role requires the ability to clearly explain finances and insurance in English and Spanish• What "Great" Looks Like in This Role A top-tier FC at

Runs a tight financial system with minimal leakage (low AR, low delinquencies, high collection rate) Communicates finances with clarity and confidence , increasing case acceptance Operates with urgency and precision —nothing sits, nothing slips Balances patient empathy with firm accountability Owns problems instead of deferring them Drives outcomes without disrupting team flow Core Competencies Required Deep understanding of: Insurance mechanics (EOBs, downgrades, coordination of benefits) Accounts receivable management (insurance + patient AR) Payment structures (autopay systems, financing, contracts) Ability to: Read and reconcile ledgers without error Identify discrepancies quickly Forecast and explain collections 2. Systems & Process Discipline Executes daily, weekly, and monthly workflows without fail
