A growing nonprofit healthcare organization in the Northern Bronx area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and produce reports to support organizational decision-making Build and maintain Excel-based models, dashboards, and visualizations Track budget performance and identify variances against plan Support month-end close processes and financial reporting Collaborate with leadership to present financial insights clearly and concisely
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and data manipulation skills Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently and take ownership of work Experience with Power BI or Tableau (+)
