About the company Largo Capital specializes in arranging commercial mortgage financing for income-producing real estate across the US and Canada. Largo services a portfolio of 400+ loans totaling $5 billion. About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will support our senior portfolio manager. This manager is responsible for a $5 billion real estate portfolio. In this job, you will analyze financial statements and be responsible for keeping and organizing all documents regarding each individual loan. You should have an interest in real estate and have a strong emphasis on finance and numbers. Key Responsibilities Administer and monitor a portfolio of commercial real estate mortgages throughout the loan lifecycle Assist with escrow disbursements, payoffs, and modifications accurately and on time Ensure compliance with loan agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal servicing policies Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies Maintain accurate loan records, generate reports, and track key financial data in servicing systems Support special servicing activities, including delinquencies, workouts, and asset management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field preferred Demonstrate interest in commercial real estate and financial markets Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with loan servicing software is a plus Prior experience in loan servicing, banking, or commercial real estate is preferred but not required
