The Finance Coordinator is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, vendor management, grant and program financial tracking, and preparation of documentation for annual audits and reporting requirements. The Finance Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with organizational policies, and efficient financial operations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare weekly check runs and maintain supporting documentation. Enter and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online. Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and supporting financial records. Track grant and program expenditures. Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as requested. Assist with preparation of records and documentation for annual audits and financial reviews. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. File financial, vendor, grant, and administrative documents in accordance with organizational policies. Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed. Support office operations through data entry, record maintenance, correspondence, and other administrative duties as assigned. Perform additional administrative responsibilities, special projects, and operational duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of financial, personnel, and client information. Participate in staff meetings and organizational events as needed. Computer & Technical Proficiencies Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. Experience with data entry and financial reporting systems. Ability to utilize email, internet, and cloud-based applications. Proficiency with standard office equipment including copier, scanner, phone systems, and other office equipment. Working Conditions Full-time, in-office position located in East Syracuse, NY. Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evening or weekend events as needed. Occasional light lifting of office or program supplies (up to 25 pounds). Must possess reliable transportation. Valid New York State driver's license

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
