Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst Location:
Rochester, NY (Fully Onsite)
Salary:
$80,000 – $90,000 Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance reports. Support manufacturing finance functions including product costing, inventory analysis, variance reporting, and cost control initiatives. Partner with operations and leadership teams to evaluate production performance, identify efficiencies, and support strategic business decisions. Create financial models, reporting dashboards, and data-driven insights utilizing ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. 2–5 years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong exposure to cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis required. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment. #
