We are seeking a driven, analytical, and team-oriented Investment Analyst to join our client's growing investment and wealth management advisory firm. This in-office role offers hands-on experience supporting senior advisors across investment research, financial planning, client service, and firm growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional motivated to build a long-term career in investment advisory, financial planning, and wealth management.
Responsibilities Include:
Support senior advisors in financial planning, portfolio construction, and investment research Conduct market research and assist with investment due diligence Assist with client onboarding and ongoing service and operational requests Participate in internal strategy discussions and firm growth initiatives Contribute to the firm's digital presence, including research support, content ideation, analytics, or production assistance Continuously develop technical knowledge, industry expertise, and professional skills Track progress on projects and support team efficiency
Qualifications:
0-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline Previous collegiate athletics experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Competitive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to grow into a long-term advisory or investment management role Motivated to pursue professional certifications such as
CFP, CFA, CAIA, or CPA Hours & Benefits:
