The Financial Analyst provides accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role is responsible for financial close processes, account reconciliations, and analyzing financial statements such as P\&L and balance sheets. It partners with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve financial processes, and deliver insights using analytical tools. - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and analysis of key financial statements.
- Analyze financial data (P&L, balance sheet, accounts) to identify trends, variances, and insights that support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve financial analysis tools, processes, and reporting standards.
- Apply accounting principles (GAAP) to record, classify, and review financial transactions with accuracy and sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards (e.g., SOX), addressing any identified gaps.
- Support special projects and ongoing initiatives while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as CPA or MBA considered a strong advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, or completion of a finance development program with relevant work experience. What Sets you Apart
