Job Title:
Global Trade Management Analyst Location:
Beachwood, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented professional to enhance our organization's global trade compliance and management initiatives. Our team is dedicated to developing, implementing, and governing international trade policies, ensuring full compliance with US and international regulations for materials, goods, and technology imports.
Responsibilities:
Perform value reconciliation using master tracker spreadsheets and consider adjustments including R D, royalties, assists, spot buys, and cost submissions for each site. Develop and deploy compliance processes and procedures across business units, collaborating with internal and external resources. Support and arrange training for the drawback process to ensure businesses provide required data and reporting for duty drawback claims. Partner with business operations, supply chain, and finance teams to provide guidance on impacts related to value reconciliation adjustments and duty drawback opportunities.
Required:
5-9 years of trade management and trade regulations experience, with direct import and/or export compliance exposure in a major corporation, service company, or law firm. Working knowledge of US and international import trade regulations, duty minimization programs including drawback, valuation, and recordkeeping requirements. Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in all relevant areas of trade compliance and proven ability to drive process improvements within business units. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university is preferred, along with fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel audit formulas).
