Job Description
Business Analyst - Insurance/Financial Services Downtown Cincinnati, OH 45202 (100% Onsite) Contract / Contract-to-Hire Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives by gathering requirements, partnering with stakeholders, and helping deliver business solutions in an Agile environment. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Create user stories and support Agile sprint planning
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions
Develop process flows, mockups, and business documentation
Perform validation testing and support defect resolution
Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and project teams
8+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
Experience creating user stories and supporting Agile teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to understand system integrations and data flows
Insurance or Financial Services industry experience
Experience with requirements management tools (Modern Requirements, Top Team, RAP, etc.)
Experience with forms, correspondence, or document design
Ability to read and understand code or pseudocode
A detail-oriented, proactive Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers high-quality requirements that drive successful project outcomes.
