Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior FP&A Analyst (Finance Analyst) plays a key role in driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. This role is responsible for monthly financial close activities, analysis of key performance indicators, development of cost standards, and preparation of financial statements and investment analyses. The position provides strategic financial insight and decision support to leadership, helping guide business performance and long-term growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including variance analysis and trend identification. Analyze, summarize, and report on financial performance, KPIs, and trends Partner cross-functionally with business units, accounting, and shared services to deliver actionable insights and financial guidance. Provide decision support and financial modeling for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and ad hoc projects. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and data analysis to enhance business performance visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and business partnering abilities, with the capacity to translate financial data into actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems.
