View More Jobs Senior Financial Analyst Cleveland, OH, United States Trending Job Description The Senior Financial Analyst will apply knowledge of financial processes to provide OneStream and FACTFinder support for the businesses and enterprise finance teams. This role will function under the Enterprise Reporting and Controls (R&C) team to enhance the delivery of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close for all global business units. The incumbent will actively work with the businesses to seek system and process enhancement opportunities and assist in enhancement and implementation initiatives from end to end (requirements gathering, testing, develop process guides, go-live, etc.). This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments. Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Provide end-user production support for OneStream and FACTFinder Work with end-users to troubleshoot issues Liaise between enterprise finance and IT Developers Monitor Inbound/Outbound data interfaces Conduct system testing Ensure data integrity Support testing of annual OneStream upgrade process Conduct full system regression testing of all new and pre-existing functionality Conduct performance testing of various parts of the system Maintain detailed system documentation and process guides to aid in knowledge sharing Support OneStream/FACTFinder Projects & Enhancements Partner with enterprise finance teams to understand processes and document requested changes Create and execute test scripts, maintaining complete documentation of all testing efforts Coordinate testing with change requestors and obtain necessary approvals Develop/update process guides based on new functionality Help coordinate cutover from test instances to production Develop and conduct end user training and change management material Maintain up-to-date reference materials and process guides in a shared location Conduct regular and ad hoc training sessions Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business 3+ years of Finance/ Accounting Experience Experience with financial systems and working with IT Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Preferred:
4 years experience as a Financial Analyst with increasing responsibility Experience working with OneStream, EPM, Oracle GL, or other financial systems Experience working in various financial systems ERP or EPM system experience Project leadership experience
