Financial Analyst Overview:
Hixen Search Group is seeking a Financial Analyst for a large real-estate company in Columbus. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating community financials, identifying trends and supporting investments across an asset life cycle. The Financial Analyst will report to the VP of Financial Reporting and work closely with controllers of development, construction and management to provide insights that guide ownership decisions and enhance organizational performance. He or she will be given the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Responsibilities:
Partner with finance leadership to support strategic and operational decisions Analyze financial performance and identify trends across assets and operations Conduct financial research, reporting, and cash flow analysis Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency Resolve financial and operational reporting issues Maintain organizational charts, financial databases, and investor records Gather and analyze data to support operational and investment decisions
