Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where data is not always readily available-you will be expected to dig in, connect the dots, and build insights from the ground up. This position requires advanced Excel expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally to gather data and develop actionable insights
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8-10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise (SME level required)
  • modeling, data manipulation, complex formulas
Senior FP&A Analyst Personality Fit:
  • Naturally curious and enjoys digging into data
  • Self-starter who takes initiative without needing direction
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
