Management:

Oversee invoice generation, monitor collections, and ensure timely receipt of payments. Accounts Payable (AP)

Processing:

Review and process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate AP records.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports to support decision-making.

Auditing and Compliance:

Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Purchasing and PO Approvals:

Coordinate purchasing activities, review purchase orders for accuracy, and approve POs in line with policy.

Accuracy and Margin Protection:

Validate financial data to safeguard profit margins and ensure financial accuracy across processes.

Billing Integrity:

Ensure billing processes are robust by validating vendor invoices and reconciling licenses on a monthly basis.

Accountability and Cost Tracking:

Track and analyze cost-per-client metrics, conduct margin analysis, and assess service profitability to inform strategic decisions.

Grant Data Preparation:

Compile and prepare financial data for tax credits, workforce grants, and development grants in compliance with funding requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks, PSA billing module, vendor portals, Microsoft Excel, and real-time dashboard tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial operations.
