Credence has an immediate need for an experienced Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Support Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting
AFLCMC/FM-FZ
at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) FM-FZ is responsible for the oversight, financial management, and funds control of AFLCMC investment, Operation and Maintenance (O&M), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funds; and accounting and finance operations for AFLCMC classified programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
  • Support FIAR compliance efforts and audit readiness initiatives.
  • Assist with Managers Internal Control Program (MICP) activities.
  • Review financial transactions and supporting documentation.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and control weaknesses.
  • Prepare financial and audit-related reports.
  • Support contract reconciliation and closeout efforts.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives. Requirements
Clearance:
Secret
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of FIAR, MICP, and DoD financial regulations preferred.
