Position Introduction:
Join a fast-paced academic environment where your administrative, financial, and organizational expertise will help support the success of faculty, staff, and students. This position plays a key role in the daily operations of the department by coordinating business functions, managing financial and payroll processes, supporting personnel activities, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist with payroll coordination, hiring, onboarding activities, and faculty support services. This role also contributes to project coordination, policy compliance, and process improvement efforts while serving as a valuable resource for departmental stakeholders. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field. None.
Equivalency/Substitution:
Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
