Job Description

General Summary Reporting to the DT Midstream Director of FP&A / Assistant Controller with a strong dotted line to business unit operations, this role leads complex financial, regulatory, and strategic analysis in support of midstream growth, asset optimization, and long-range business planning. The position partners closely with FERC pipeline business leaders and operational management to evaluate business opportunities, shape regulatory strategy, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. A key part of the role is preparing presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, requiring strong communication, executive presence, and presentation skills. Key Accountabilities Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting for assigned subsidiaries and business areas. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and investment cases to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and business growth opportunities. Partner with FERC pipeline business leaders and operational teams to evaluate commercial opportunities, assess regulatory impacts, and support execution of key initiatives. Support FERC regulatory strategy by analyzing financial implications and coordinating with internal stakeholders on filing-related and compliance matters. Prepare presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors on business opportunities, financial performance, and strategic recommendations. Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to ensure high-quality, timely, and actionable analysis. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting Seven years of relevant experience Experience in forecasting and economic modeling required
Other Qualifications Preferred:
Minimum of three years of experience in regulatory accounting/financial forecasting, ale gas / oil market analysis, asset evaluations or investment banking Master's degree from an accredited college or university in
Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting Other Requirements:
CFA designation a plus Possess strong problem-solving skills that can initiate the necessary procedures for resolution by self-implementations Possess good business acumen Proven ability to take projects from start to finish without significant supervision Ability to multi-task and meet tight deliveries for M&A project evaluations Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Strong verbal, nonverbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to organize work independently and to work in teams PC proficiency, including experience with MS Office Products Familiarity with AI tools a plus Physical Demands (DO
