Sr. Financial Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through insightful financial reporting and planning. This role will focus on building reliable forecasts, interpreting performance trends, and delivering meaningful analysis that helps leadership evaluate business results. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the position offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams and turn complex data into clear financial recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results to identify key drivers, explain variances, and highlight risks or opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for leadership to support business decisions, investment reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Translate large data sets into actionable insights using strong data mining and analytical techniques.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve financial planning processes and reporting accuracy.
• Produce recurring forecasts and planning updates by evaluating historical trends, current performance, and future assumptions.
• Create concise presentations and reporting materials that communicate financial findings to management effectively.
