- Partner with lenders, retail teams, operations, and fraud specialists to create exceptional client experiences.
What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and prospect. Open and manage a variety of business accounts, including commercial, small business, and specialty accounts. Lead onboarding, implementation, and training for treasury services. Provide top-tier client support via inbox, secure messaging, and phone. Prepare and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance. Partner with internal teams (Retail, Operations, Fraud, Wire) to resolve client needs. Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand treasury and deposit relationships. Monitor risk, recognize fraud red flags, and ensure regulatory compliance. Support audits, reviews, and ongoing account maintenance.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of Banking Experience (including 9 months-2 years of Treasury Management Services experience.) Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation. Knowledge of Bank products, computer systems, and software applications. Excellent customer service skills. High level of professionalism and integrity. Flexible, adaptable, and willingness to continuously learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
