Location:
Onsite - Hillsboro, OR 97124 We are looking for a Portfolio Operations Analyst to help manage operational performance and support the daily activities of a diverse property portfolio. This position plays a key role in financial coordination, vendor oversight, maintenance scheduling, and customer support to ensure properties operate efficiently and meet organizational standards. Responsibilities Contribute to the development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets. Handle accounts receivable and payable functions, including rent processing, accruals, expense payments, CAM calculations, reconciliations, and lease?related documentation. Work closely with the Property Manager to address customer needs and collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues promptly. Manage vendor engagement, from issuing RFPs and drafting service agreements to tracking performance against agreed?upon service levels. Coordinate building maintenance activities with vendors and tenants, including preparing and distributing notices. Perform routine property inspections and partner with facilities and administrative staff to recommend improvements. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure portfolio goals and operational expectations are met. Track certificates of insurance and maintain accurate records for both vendors and customers. Keep all portfolio?related information current, organized, and accessible. Build productive relationships with internal teams, tenants, and service providers, using problem?solving skills to remove obstacles and support positive outcomes. Qualifications Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Background in portfolio operations, property management, or asset?related functions. Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
