Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you support the Investment Policy Committee's portfolio process by developing market and strategy expertise. You'll collaborate with Research, Trading, and Portfolio Engineers to lead rebalances and oversee trade life cycles, while translating insights for internal clients and top clients. You'll help monitor performance, develop derivative tools, and propose enhancements to strategy execution. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position at a firm focused on improving the investment universe.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Monitor portfolio positioning and performance and escalate to the Investment Policy Committee as needed
  • Develop options and derivative management tools to support new strategies
  • Collaborate to create proactive proposals to improve strategy performance and execution
  • Ensure trading and rebalance activity align with the Investment Policy Committee's expectations
  • Communicate strategy insights to internal and external clients and stakeholders Tasks
  • 3+ years in a similar portfolio management role (buy-side research and trading experience)
  • Experience in options and other derivatives development, operations, or trading (a plus)
  • Proven ability to communicate insights and influence portfolio outcomes
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets and use financial data systems
  • Professional skill in breaking down complex topics for others
