Job Description

Pittsburgh area investment services group is in need of a Portfolio Administrator.
Duties to include:
  • Responding to and completing client service requests
  • Scheduling and preparing materials for client and prospect meetings
  • Gathering and organizing data for financial planning
  • Documenting outcomes of meetings in CRM systems
  • Completing forms for account opening and administration
  • Assisting with the firm's quarterly reporting process
  • Various implementation responsibilities related to investment policy compliance, cash management/money movement, charitable giving and gifting strategies and more
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the investment advisory business
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible attitude and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with portfolio management systems and trading software, custodial client service platforms, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (Tamarac preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Series 65 or Series 7 license with knowledge of investment advisory business including the fundamentals of portfolio management, investment taxation, and compliance principles
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
