$70,000•$90,000 per year Job Details•Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries and financial reporting Perform complex variance analysis (including revenue analysis) and clearly communicate insights to leadership Support development of annual operating and capital budgets, including multi-year forecasting Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making Collaborate with senior leaders (CFO, COO, and department leadership) on departmental strategic planning Review departmental performance and provide actionable recommendations Mentor and guide junior financial analysts as needed Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required 5+ years of progressive financial analysis, accounting, or budgeting experience Healthcare or large-scale organizational experience preferred Master's degree (MBA or related) is a plus Technical Skills Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical capabilities Experience with financial systems (Hyperion Essbase, Planning, or similar tools preferred) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Access and Power BI is a plus Knowledge of financial reporting for complex environments (e.g., multi-entity or healthcare systems preferred) Core Competencies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive audiences Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills A bit about us:•We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Principal Financial Analyst to serve as a key finance partner to senior leadership.
