Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst Up to $80K + Bonus | Hybrid Schedule (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day Remote) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our growing accounting and finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while supporting critical treasury operations, banking relationships, cash management initiatives, and day-to-day accounting functions. This position works directly with the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Corporate Accounting on strategic projects and treasury initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury & Banking Operations Open and manage new bank accounts, including preparation of entity documentation and banking forms Maintain and update treasury and accounting platforms including Yardi, Paymode-X, SAP Concur, and Bank of America Works Support treasury system implementations and process improvement initiatives Assist in the development of short- and long-term cash forecasting and reporting tools Prepare and distribute treasury reporting packages for management Monitor and help manage financial risks including cash flow, interest rate exposure, and credit risk Coordinate account closures and maintain accurate online banking access and account information Prepare W-9s and wire instructions for developers and lending institutions, including verbal verification of wire instructions Assist with the timely processing of wires, ACH transactions, direct deposits, and fund transfers Vendor & Accounting Support Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintenance within Yardi for both Property Management and Development operations Prepare billing instructions for vendors and maintain accurate property/vendor records Assist with annual reserve withdrawals for Property Management Companies and Housing Authorities Record predevelopment loan interest entries to the general ledger Support the Financial Reporting and Compliance team with entity setup and compliance-related activities Provide additional administrative and accounting support across the department as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with treasury operations, banking platforms, or accounting systems preferred Proficiency with Excel and financial/accounting software Collaborative mindset with a commitment to professionalism and customer service Why Join Us?
