Manager of Asset Liability Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Manager of Asset Liability. The incumbent assists in seeking to maximize net interest income within acceptable levels of interest rate risk, liquidity risk and capital.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains financial models of suitable complexity for measuring balance sheet profitability and risk to be used for forecasting, budgeting and risk measurement. Develops, gathers and processes data and provides support information for assumptions for models. Produces timely, accurate and concise reports. Analyzes, researches and clarifies issues related to Asset/Liability management, pricing and assumptions as requested. Assists in audits, regulatory examinations and other special financial projects as needed. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.   • Intermediate Level Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and strong computer system skills to create and operate sophisticated models such as asset liability systems, data warehouses, databases and spreadsheets.
