Job Description:
Senior Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant Opportunity | Greater Philadelphia Area •Majority remote with 1 day per month in office required•I'm currently partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant to join their team in a highly visible role supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is a great fit for someone coming from a mix of public accounting and industry experience who enjoys both technical accounting and operational finance responsibilities.
Key areas of focus include:
Month-end close & account reconciliations Financial reporting & variance analysis Process improvements & system initiatives SOX/internal controls support Cross-functional partnership with Finance & Operations Fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, inventory, and balance sheet analysis Ideal backgrounds: 4-8+ years of accounting/finance experience Mix of public accounting + industry strongly preferred Strong Excel skills required PeopleSoft or Hyperion experience is a plus CPA preferred but not required The team is looking for someone analytical, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
