Job Purpose This position requires working onsite at the Reading, PA corporate office three days a week. The Business Analyst II partners with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT to analyze business performance, support data-driven decision making, and improve reporting and processes. The role focuses on translating transactional, sales, and financial data into actionable insights that support rebate, commission, and sales programs while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Corporate Policies. The position also supports ongoing projects, ad hoc analysis, and broader initiatives within the Americas Finance organization.
