United States, Pennsylvania, St. Marys May 29, 2026 Job Posting Title Senior Financial Analyst Job Description Summary Dauch is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in St. Marys, PA. In this fully onsite role, you will support plant financial operations through financial reporting, account analysis, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to independently manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Job Description:
Assist in the administration of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in conjunction with Shared Services. Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger review, and income statement variance analysis. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, supporting documentation, and financial reporting activities. Analyze balance sheet, expense, and revenue accounts to identify and communicate variances or discrepancies. Prepare for and participate in audits, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities. Run, maintain, and populate daily plant scorecards and KPI reporting. Monitor programs and projects, including capital requests, and report progress as needed. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and support accounting and operational functions. Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team members, and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and support business objectives. Manage workload to ensure work is completed accurately and within established deadlines. Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned. Required Skills and Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or relevant experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience with ERP systems such as Plex, OneView, Oracle, and HFM. Strong spreadsheet and Microsoft Office skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel. Ability to plan and organize effectively.
