We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting revenue cycle operations, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational performance analysis. What You'll DoRevenue Cycle & Accounts Receivable Analysis Monitor and analyze Accounts Receivable performance and aging trends. Support revenue cycle operations to ensure accurate billing, collections, and payment processing. Perform reconciliations and analyses of revenue, receivables, and payment activity. Assist with year-end revenue and Accounts Receivable reconciliations. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cash flow and collection performance. Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and operational performance metrics. Investigate financial trends and monthly variances. Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and forecasting tools. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries. Assist with the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Budgeting & Forecasting Partner with program leadership and finance teams during budget development. Monitor actual expenses against budget projections. Support monthly revenue and expense forecasting activities. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Assist leadership with long-range financial planning and organizational modeling. Audit & Compliance Support Assist with annual audit preparation and supporting documentation. Prepare account analyses, reconciliations, and financial schedules. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls. Support reporting requirements for various funding and regulatory entities. Strategic Business Partner Serve as a financial resource for management and operational teams. Translate financial data into actionable business insights. Participate in monthly financial review meetings. Support organizational initiatives through data analysis and financial modeling. Collaborate with leadership to improve decision-making through accurate financial reporting. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 12 accounting credits. Five (5) years of accounting, finance, financial analysis, or revenue cycle experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, nonprofit, or regulated industries. Experience supporting Accounts Receivable, billing, reimbursement, or revenue cycle functions. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management systems. Familiarity with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data analytics. Why Join Us?
