This is a hybrid role in Cheektowaga New York or Pflugerville Texas requires 3 days in office. What You'll Do he Accounting Analyst key responsibilities include: Prepare financial statements, journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations in accordance to GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements. Ensures timely resolution of issues. Coordinate various financial close cycle activities Analyze operating and financial statement information and prepare reporting for Senior Leadership Perform variance analysis to determine root cause, make recommendations for improvement of performance or operating efficiencies Provide guidance to department staff & branch management Su pport or lead department on cross-functional initiatives What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Key qualifications:
