Performing general ledger accounting activities, including maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing accounts. Preparing journal entries, financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements. Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company policy. Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings by gathering and reviewing key financial data. Creating and monitoring capital expenditure schedules and forecasts. Documenting and assisting with accounting-related projects and audits. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Compliance) to resolve issues and support initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role. Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. CPA or working toward certification.
