Key Responsibilities:
Performing general ledger accounting activities, including maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing accounts.
Preparing journal entries, financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements.
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings by gathering and reviewing key financial data.
Creating and monitoring capital expenditure schedules and forecasts.
Forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance to support internal stakeholders.
Preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
Documenting and assisting with accounting-related projects and audits.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Compliance) to resolve issues and support initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
CPA or working toward certification.
Experience in the medical device, manufacturing, or healthcare industries.
Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Negotiating favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers. Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of technical equipment, custom engineered products, systems, software or components. Acquiring and maintaining understanding of technology trends, market forces, cost trends and supplier technology road maps. Reviewing purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy and discussing defects and delivery problems with suppliers and negotiating refunds. Leading data analysis for cost reduction & supplier performance improvements. Analyzing supplier performance details and trends. Analyzing internal and external cost details to identify opportunities and build strong data driven cases to support cost negotiations. Creating cost models for supplier price structures. Developing models detailing impact on variables to cost and profit including things on volume/spend growth and impact on material price changes. Utilizing AI in modeling and analysis. Issuing RFQs, facilitating & leading auctions, and generating cost requests. Analyzing results from above and providing summary and recommendations to sourcing managers. Developing negotiation fact sets and presentations to support supplier negotiations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or related business degrees. A minimum of 6 or more years' relevant experience required. Experience in supplier selection, performance management, cost models, and presentations. Skilled in data analysis and presentation of results. Comfortable with data ambiguity and developing clarity across disparate systems. Experience leveraging AI for this scope. Ability to handle a high number of concurrent tasks in parallel. Effective communication skills - written, oral, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
The R D Packaging Technician will conduct packaging tests, manage test data using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and operate automated equipment. Works under limited supervision assisting engineers, scientists, and/or team in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Executing routine and non-routine laboratory tests that require fine motor skills, accurate hand-eye coordination, and careful handling of components and equipment. Using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to plan, and record test results. Testing prototypes per engineering instructions and documenting test results. Developing proficiency in LIMS to ensure seamless electronic test management. Communicating assignment status to project engineers. Training others on new product processes and procedures. Building quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Ensuring product is tested to the most current/validated method/process and specification and documentation is correctly completed per
GLP & QS
requirements as applicable.
Qualifications:
Two-year Technical Degree (i.e., AA, Certificate) 2+ years' of technical work experience in medical device development preferred. Previous medical device experience highly preferred. Experience working in a lab environment or production environment highly preferred. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn complex systems (experience with LIMS is a plus). Hands-on experience operating automated equipment or robotic systems.
