Job Description

Job Title:
Accounting Analyst II Location:
Bartlesville, OK, 74003 - Hybrid - 1-2 days per week work from home AFTER initial training
Duration:
03 months contract Looking for someone with 3 years of payables experience that is eager to learn and has an upbeat positive attitude. This position acts as an escalation point for the offshore team that processes the invoices.
Pay Rate:
$37/hr. on w2 without any benefits
Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting service provider oversight and freight billing operations including invoice processing, invoice resolution, monthly reconciliations, and related accrual activities. Other responsibilities include project support and process improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and processing freight-related invoices Preparing and reporting account reconciliations for liabilities Collaborating with Commercial and Rail businesses to support positive business relationships and key initiatives Developing subject matter expertise in Freight Payables and the related business value chain Designing and delivering training Providing feedback and coaching Auditing performance quality Identifying and researching process and knowledge gaps Assisting with work prioritization Leading and supporting projects Testing upgrades and changes in SAP and other systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data 3 years of Payables experience Proficient in
SAP and Microsoft Excel Pay:
$36.00 - $37.00 per hour
