Job Description:
Essential Function Responsible for month-end close activities for the U.S. General Ledger, including preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with
U.S. GAAP
Accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Management Defines financial situation by assembling financial data for analysis Present analysis to Management. Review financial performance with variance analysis. Responsible for the reconciliation of the GL and Balance Sheet accounts on monthly basis Balance Sheet Reconciliations d services: Ability to replicate in more than one company. Responsible for preparing analytical reports by contract. Accurate and timely reporting to assess job performance. Education Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics, and/or Business. or Associate's Degree Finance, Accounting or related fields Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in U.S. accounting and general ledger accounting 1-3 years Experienced with ERP software as Oracle or SAP 1-3 years Microsoft Office, especially excel proficiency The ideal candidate demonstrates analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within established compliance frameworks. Experience in a corporate accounting department or accounting firm is highly desirable. Skills Required Proficient organizational skills to ensure that the organization has accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting. | High Maintain the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and classified. | High Supports financial transactions by entering account information; collecting and analyzing information for financial evaluations, due diligence, acquisition financing and integration. | High Responsible for drive monthly financial close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. | High Experienced with Oracle Financial Systems or SAP preferred. | Medium Proficient mathematical and analytical skills are needed to understand financial reports. | High Language Skills Bilingual - English and Spanish | High This position could be remote for any of the following countries (Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru).
