Job Description
Overview Join our muti-entity real estate development company as an Accounting & Financial Analyst. In this role, you will initially prepare financial spreadsheet models and cash-flow projections for both equity and debt purposes. Quickly transitioning to monthly entity reporting, equity partner funding requests, and special projects. Duties Prepare comprehensive multi-year financial cash-flow and profitability projections utilizing Excel and Numbers. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and supporting reports. Perform account analysis and reconcile financial data using Quickbooks and Excel. Support accounting functions including job cost accounting, profit & loss analysis, and financial report writing for internal and external stakeholders. Lead the set-up, implementation. and integration of a new construction job cost reporting program utilizing Procore. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, and Numbers. Procore experience helpful. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for account analysis and project timelines Effective communication, and problem solving skills, without need for constant supervision. Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team cohesion.
