Job Description
At RuCo Orthodontics, we believe everyone deserves a smile. We are a locally owned, bilingual orthodontic practice focused on delivering exceptional customer service and high quality orthodontic care to our community. We are looking for a strong, confident Financial Coordinator to help patients stay on track financially while protecting the health of the practice. Responsibilities Manage delinquent and past due patient accounts Make outbound collection and payment arrangement calls with professionalism and empathy Review accounts daily and maintain organized follow up systems Discuss financial contracts, insurance balances, and payment options with patients Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Work closely with the treatment coordinator and office manager to reduce aging accounts Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims follow up as needed Help improve overall collections and account accountability What We Are Looking For Bilingual Spanish required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments Organized, detail oriented, and able to follow through consistently Ability to stay calm and professional during difficult conversations Dental or orthodontic experience preferred Experience with insurance and patient financing is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities tied to collections and office performance Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within a fast growing orthodontic practice Why RuCo Orthodontics?
