Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and market reports to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Monitor market trends, interest rates, and economic indicators impacting real estate investments to inform strategic recommendations. Collaborate with legal, underwriting, and asset management teams to facilitate due diligence processes and transaction closings. Assist in developing financial models that evaluate potential investment returns and optimize capital structure strategies. Maintain organized records of transactions, market data, and financial analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience or internship in real estate finance, capital markets, or investment analysis. Proficiency with financial software such as Argus Enterprise, Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas and macros), and other relevant tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market information accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
