The position works closely with both Finance and operational teams and reports to the Controller or Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice review, coding, validation, and payment processing Maintain vendor records, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and month-end adjustments Maintain general ledger and sub-ledger integrity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances in a timely manner Ensure accuracy and integrity of cash balances and financial transactions Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including revenue and cost cut-off procedures Assist with financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and approval workflows Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation for all transactions and support internal and external audits Partner with Sales and Operations to gather and validate revenue, cost, and operational data to support accurate financial reporting and analysis Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial processes Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities Hands-on experience with accounts payable (AP), billing, and accounts receivable (AR) Understanding of internal controls and audit support Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and BI tools Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-location or international operations CAPEX tracking and fixed asset accounting Exposure to payroll and HR finance support Skills & Competencies High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
