In this pivotal role, you will support senior financial advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans, servicing existing clients, and developing new client relationships. Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored advice and strategic planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in wealth management, investment strategies, and financial planning in a collaborative, energetic environment. Duties Assist in developing personalized financial plans by analyzing clients' financial data, including estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. Manage small business retirement plans Provide ongoing financial advice to existing firm clients. Support senior advisors in managing client relationships through effective customer relationship management (CRM) practices. Create new client relationships for the firm. Help execute financial sales initiatives by identifying client needs and presenting suitable wealth management solutions. Requirements Thorough understanding of small business retirement plans. Strong understanding of financial analysis, investment management and portfolio management. Experience with financial software platforms used for research, analysis, and reporting purposes. Series 7, 65, and Insurance license. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining high ethical standards.
