Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term position with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration three days a week with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against forecasts and budgets.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Support the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Assist in managing fixed assets by tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
- Participate in onboarding processes and provide support during the initial two-week onsite training period.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

- Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in data mining techniques and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with variance analysis and the ability to explain financial discrepancies.
- Knowledge of fixed asset accounting and associated processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills to present financial findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
