Financial Analyst (Hybrid) Youngstown, OH Manufacturing Industry A well-established and growing manufacturing company in the Youngstown area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and operations. What You'll Do:

Analyze and interpret sales, profit, and income performance Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making Assist in evaluating business investments and growth initiatives Develop management reporting tools to improve processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business planning Partner with finance and operational leaders to explain variances and trends

What They're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics 2-4 years of financial analysis experience Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models and create actionable reporting Experience analyzing variances between actual and budget Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Experience with BI tools and corporate financial systems is a plus Why Consider This Role?
