The Financial Analyst will be reporting directly into the Director of Finance and will play a key role in the monthly FP&A duties as well as serving as a key partner to other internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Manufacturing.

Main Skills/ Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile annual budgets and multi-year financials Conducting Financial Analysis to support business decisions Assist with the month-end close tasks (Monthly financial reports for Executive Leadership Team and Business Unit Leads Partner with operations and logistics and provide financial analysis on spend and transportation costs Analyze capital expenditures and assist with improvement projects Perform other ad hoc financial and variance analysis

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Professional experience in Financial Analysis Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field Prior experience in the Manufacturing is preferred Prior experience in NetSuite is a big plus Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel- Need Strong Excel Great communication skills Detail and goal oriented Compensation for this role is between 70-90K depending on experience.
